In 2011, Derek Casing Services was founded with a clear mission: to provide reliable, high-quality casing services tailored to the evolving needs of the oil and gas industry. With just one unit and a power tong, we set out to deliver exceptional results for every project we took on.

As our reputation for quality and precision grew, so did our opportunities. Over the next six years, DCS experienced remarkable growth, fueled by a combination of strategic decisions, a dedicated team, and a steadfast commitment to client success. By acquiring three smaller competitors and attracting some of the most skilled professionals in the tubular casing industry, we quickly became a force to be reckoned with.

By 2017, we had expanded to a fleet of 20+ tong trucks and built a highly skilled workforce of over 60 employees, solidifying our position as the go-to casing company in Canada. With 22 premium casing crews, DCS gained the capability to handle larger and more complex projects, further strengthening our reputation for excellence.
